Not at all! Our retreats are designed for all levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of practice, you are welcome just as you are.

A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the start of the retreat, no refund will be given.
For cancellations made before that window, please contact us directly. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. -
We offer varied, nourishing meals throughout the retreat. Before arrival, we'll send you a form to learn about any allergies, dietary restrictions or food intolerances so we can make sure you're well taken care of.

Transport to and from the retreat location is not included unless specifically stated in the retreat details. Please plan your travel arrangements in advance.

Yes! Most girls travel solo, but we absolutely welcome those coming together.
If you're traveling with a friend, please make sure you both book the same room option and specify that you'd like to share a room.
You can also make a single booking for the two of you by adding 2 spots to your cart.

A 40% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat starts. You're also welcome to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer. All payments are processed securely via credit card at checkout.
