December 1 – 6
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Yoga & Pilates Retreat
What to expect
Rio is electric. It's one of those cities that gets under your skin — the mountains, the ocean, the culture, the food, the people. We wanted a retreat that actually lets you feel all of it, not one where you're stuck inside a house the whole time.
We're staying at Casa Rocha in Santa Teresa — an authentic colonial house, completely renovated, minimalist and warm, with the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger at the table a little longer.
During the day: intense pilates with Ana that will find your core whether you want it to or not, and challenging yoga with Sonia that somehow also feels like exactly what you needed. Between sessions, we'll be out in the city — beaches, local food, culture, a sunset or two, and one proper night out in Rio.
Six days of movement, good food and the kind of people who celebrate the same things you do: nature, community, being alive.
